Riddick Bowe Fight Worn Robe and Trunks

Riddick Bowe Fight Worn Robe and Trunks

Had he lived up to his full potential it is thought that Riddick Bowe would have been placed alongside elite names such as Ali, Dempsey, and Marciano. His 1991 performance against Holyfield was arguably one of the most skillfully fought matches of any heavyweight in history. His white and red satin ensemble created by “Bertinelli” shows strong use from between the ropes. The terry cloth lined robe is embroidered “Big Daddy” in red and “Fila” in blue across the back with “Bowe” stitched into each cuff. Size “2X”. The matching trunks, also [size] 2X, have “Bowe” on the front waist band, “Riddick Bowe” above a pair of gloves on the right leg, and “Fila” on the left leg and back waist. With a record of 39-1-1-1 Bowe has a place in boxing history where exactly is uncertain.
