Robert Peary Autograph (ex-Newman Gallery)
He was credited with having discovered the North Pole, and explorer Robert Peary looks mighty dapper in this framed vintage rotogravure. The tremendous display - assembled sometime in the 1920s - also includes a signature card in vintage fountain pen ink. The creation is the work of respected Philadelphia Art dealers, the Newman Gallery, with their paper label evident on the reverse.
