Roberto Clemente First Hit and 3,000th Hit Prints by Dino Guarino (2)
Hall of Fame legend Roberto Clemente is the only player in major league history to end his career with exactly 3,000 hits. This matched pair of framed prints provides the perfect illustrative bookends to the superstar's 18-year career with the Pirates. In one, a youthful Clemente picks up his first major league hit on April 17, 1955 vs. Brooklyn and in the other, he picks up #3,000 on September 30, 1972 vs. the Mets. Both prints measure 38" x 33.5", are numbered 73 out of 321 and are in NRMT condition.
