Roberto Clemente Oil Painting by Robert Stephen Simon
This wonderful image of Numero Uno is set among the United States and Puerto Rican flags with Three Rivers Stadium in the center. The impressive 30"x40" oil on canvas painting is beautifully framed. By renowned sports artist Robert Stephen Simon, it is signed by him and dated 1991. Interestingly, it is signed by Roberto Clemente Jr. right next to Simon. A gold plaque is engraved with the title, "Gone but not Forgotten" by Robert Stephen Simon."
