Rocky Marciano Corner Sweater (Charlie Goldman)
Charley Goldman was a famed boxing trainer who trained five world champions including Rocky Marciano. Offered here is an original corner man sweater used by Charley Goldman when he was training Rocky Marciano. Used in his pre-championship fights and given to a sparring partner of Marciano by Goldman. This is an original cardigan style white sweater. On back in black lettering is the word, MARCIANO. Front has two pockets at waist. Front also has five original buttons, all intact. Minor stains. Minor wear at wrists. No manufacturing tag. Size small. Letters of authenticity from Craig Hamilton of JO Sports, Inc. and from individual who obtained sweater from Marciano's sparring partner. Rare offering from Marciano's early career.
