Rocky Marciano vs. Don Cockell Fight Poster
It was the spring of ’55 when undefeated Heavyweight champ Rocky Marciano was challenged by British and European champ, Don Cockell, originally a light-heavyweight champ. Cockell went down twice, and eventually lost the fight in a TKO in the ninth. Marciano would fight the last fight of his career four months later, against Archie Moore. Rare poster is wood-framed and double-matted to 34x32”. Paper poster has been laminated and is VG, with typical poster folds.
