Roger Maris Signed Photo Display
This framed, 16.5x22" display showcases a black-and-white photo of one-time season home run king Roger Maris in a road Yankees uniform, crouching on the grass with his bat. There is also a color magazine photo of Maris swinging the bat in a St. Louis Cardinals uniform matted below it. The signature on the color photo is 7/10 in blue ballpoint pen. Maris shocked the world in 1961 when he broke Babe Ruth's record of 60 home runs in a season. His feat created controversy because he had achieved it with the benefit of eight extra scheduled games.
