Ryne Sandberg Game Used Cleats, Batting Gloves, Practice Jersey and Game Bat
Hall of Fame second baseman Ryne Sandberg is one of the most beloved Cubs of all time, and this lot is a tribute to him. The cleats are blue Nikes and both have "23" written in marker on the tongues. Each has also been signed by Sandberg and show very nice use. The batting gloves by Champion show nice use with pine tar and have "23" printed on them in white. The blue batting practice jersey is a Majestic size XL with "23" on the back with signature included. The Louisville Slugger game bat is a model B267 from the 1984-85 time period when Sandberg was in MVP form. It has "23" written on the knob and is signed on the barrel but shows no use. Sandberg was a 10-time All-Star and nine-time Gold Glove recipient.
