San Francisco Examiner Photographic Archive Lot (2000+)
Huge lot of over 2000 news service photographs dating from the early part of the 20th century to the 1990s. Most are Pre-1960. This lots consists of the contents of files kept by the SFX in order of subject (each file had multiple photos). Files in this lot Include Actress Leah Bird, Trains (lots of train photos!), Sports, Fashion, Crime, Military, Television, Movie, High Society and more. Conditions vary, all having some wear and stampings from handling and use in the paper. Nice variety.
