Seabiscuit - The little horse that made it big and became the subject of books and movies - is the subject of this hand-painted plate by Cyril Gorainett, which the artist signed with the C.S Howard logo. It purportedly came from the estate of an individual who worked for the Howards and is one of a set of 11 hand-painted race horse plates all owned by C.S. Howard. It is in NRMT condition.
