This original 1940 limited edition Seabiscuit print (#190/260) is signed in pencil by artist F.B. Voss. There is also an ink-written inscription to Bing Crosby from Seabiscuit’s owner, Charles S. Howard: “To Bing with best wishes for a lot of luck, Charles S. Howard.” There is an embossed seal and it measures roughly 21x22" in its frame. EX condition with some minor discoloration.
