Siemens NCAA National Championship Waterford Crystal Trophy
Notes: A total of five of these Waterford Trophies were commissioned by Siemens. Three have been awarded to winning schools while the other two, which are identical, were used as “traveling trophies”. The two traveling trophies were used in partnership with the “V” foundation for television and public appearances. The 20’’ diameter wood base has a plaque that reads “National Association of Basketball Coaches / University of Florida / 2006-2007 / Men’s Collegiate Champion / USA Today/ESPN Top 25 Coaches’ Poll” with the Siemens name on each side. The crystal stem is 11’’ tall while the globe top is 11’’ in diameter. Original sale price was a whopping $30,000. This is the only trophy that has been made available to the public.
