Collection of five classic card issues, each signed by the respective player. <strong>1) 1929 R316 Kashin Publications Waite Hoyt.</strong> Inscribed "Good Luck Waite Hoyt" in blue marker (9/10) on the front. It appears that Hoyt began to inscribe the front in blue ink but then switched to blue marker, at which time he went over the "Good Luck" inscription. Hoyt has also scripted a lengthy note on the reverse in blue ink (9/10) that reads "Hope this is Okay. This picture was taken in 1921 - the last season the Yankees had two toned stockings. Blue + white at home. Blue + gray on road. Luck. Waite Hoyt." EX. <strong>2) 1936 R314 Goudey "Wide Pen" Type 1 Premium Lefty Gomez.</strong> Signed in blue ink (8/10) vertically along the bottom right border.
