This stock certificate, dated August 3, 1990, grants 100 shares of Single Action, Inc. to Charlie Sheen. The paper certificate, approximately 8" x 11", is printed in blue and black ink and is signed by Sheen on the bottom as President and Secretary of the Corporation. The certificate is professionally matted and framed in a 13.5" x 16.5" black frame. Certificate is in excellent condition with no creases, the frame has several slight scuff marks.
