Soldiers Field Bunting Featuring Red Grange
Legendary Chicago Bears halfback Red Grange is the centerpiece of this magnificent piece of sports memorabilia: a 102"-long swath of cloth bunting that is in EX condition despite some minor cracks and folds in Grant's silk-screen, cartoon image in the center. The blue-and-gold bunting with yellow fringe was used during Bears games at Chicago Stadium, circa the 1950s & '60s. A charter member of both the college and pro football Halls of Fame, "The Galloping Ghost" played for the Bears in 1925, then again from 1929-34. His #77 - which is prominently featured on the cartoon image's uniform - was retired by Chicago, as well as at his alma mater, the University of Illinois.
