Sonny Liston Gloves Worn in Training
Spectacularly-worn by the much-feared heavyweight champion Sonny Liston, these training gloves are like no other. Stickiness from old tape around the wrist area, dirty laces, a large tear in the inside left glove, and a smaller one on the right. These very rare training gloves were worn by Liston in the early 1960's, prior to his matches with the young up-and-coming Cassius Clay.
