Ted Williams Last Game Program & Ticket

Ted Williams Last Game Program & Ticket

Perhaps the most prolific hitter in baseball history, it was only fitting that Ted Williams would end his career with a home run at Fenway Park in his final career at bat. This program, ticket stub and Boston Red Sox pocket schedule are from that 1960 season, with the stub dated September 28, 1960. The 6x10" paper stock program from that game features an illustration of the Splendid Splinter, and it is unscored but does have light pencil wording with date and score on the cover. The schedule is a booklet with games listed by week, and shows some age as does the program, though all three pieces are in EX condition.
