Ted Williams Personal Jacket From His Fishing Lodge

Ted Williams Personal Jacket From His Fishing Lodge

Ted Williams, one of baseball’s greatest hitters, was an avid fisherman, and one of his favorite spots to fish was the Florida Keys, where he wore this personal heavy jacket from his fishing lodge. A black wool coat, in the style of High School Letterman jacket, has on its front "Ted Williams" embroidered along with "Left Field" around a 9” white baseball patch sewn on jacket’s left side. Back has "Ted Williams Fishing Lodge Paradise Alley Key West, Florida" embroidered in white. On the shoulder of the right sleeve is the patch, "Forever Young". This great, personal memento from the Splendid Splinter wears like it’s forever new. Fantastic condition!
