Ted Williams Serigraph by LeRoy Neiman
Ted Williams is in full swing in this limited edition serigraph of an original LeRoy Neiman painting... a perfect swing that crushed 521 career home runs along with a lifetime .345 batting average. The approximately 23” x 31” serigraph is framed and numbered 255 of 270 in pencil on the bottom border. “Ted Williams” signed in pencil on the bottom in the middle and Neiman signed in pencil at the right on the bottom. This is a tremendous piece, capturing Williams doing what he did best. In its frame, the entire piece measures 41.5" x 33.5". The "Splendid Splinter" remains the last hitter to bat .400 in a season, compiling a .406 average in 1941. A true original, Neiman was the most popular living artist in America prior to his death in 2012.
