The Charles Mears Collection of Sporting News Bound Volumes
Donated to the Cleveland Library with great early book plates this set shows extensive chipping with many loose bindings and the key issues were not there, but the bulk is still present with some good stuff included. Fair condition on outer issues, inside issues are better. Mostly Sporting News binding: 1916-17 (partial), 1918, 1923, 1926, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930, 1931, 1934, 1935, 1936, 1937, 1938m 1942-43. Nearly 1000 issues.
