"The First Five" Mixed Media by Lisa Ober
Here are five individual mixed media 16x20 paintings by Lisa Ober of the first inductees into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1939: Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson and Honus Wagner. A portrait artist and illustrator, the St. Louis-based Ober painted these to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the inaugural Hall of Fame class.
