The Mike Shannon Baseball Cap Collection (45)

The Mike Shannon Baseball Cap Collection (45)

Hats off to nine-year Major League veteran and longtime St. Louis Cardinals broadcaster Mike Shannon, who owned all 45 of these caps, some of which he even wore, while others are souvenirs. Many are signed and some are game worn by other players. Some aren't even baseball-centric, with themes such as the Olympics, Military and Golf (including a PGA hat signed by John Daly). As you might expect, the collection is very heavy on the Cardinals, with items such as an Ozzie Smith signed retirement hat, Brenden Ryan signed, game used cap, Tony LaRussa signed game model, Chris Carpenter signed, game used hat, St. Patrick's Day green cap (stained), Bob Gibson signed Busch Beer promo, three signed 1996 All-Star Game caps with Piazza, O. Smith, Bagwell, etc., two signed Cardinals visors with 15 signatures, each including O. Smith, Coleman, Shoendienst, etc. The overall condition is EX.
