Three Jack Johnson vs. Jess Willard Real Photo Postcards
This is a group of three action real photo postcards from the fight between Jack Johnson and Jess Willard in Havana, Cuba in April, 1915. Willard ended Johnson's reign as heavyweight champion, stopping him in a fight Johnson later claimed he threw. These real photo postcards are all unused with AZO stamps on the reverse measuring 3 1/2" x 5 1/2." Images are bold with fading in the corner of only one. Rare postcards, particularly in this condition.
