Tim Burton's "Planet Of The Apes" Screen Used Chimp Mask by Norman Cabrera w/Original Tag (2001)

Tim Burton's "Planet Of The Apes" Screen Used Chimp Mask by Norman Cabrera w/Original Tag (2001)

If you're looking for an edge at that next Halloween costume contest, this lot just might do the trick. Created by Norman Cabrera, designer/sculptor for Cinovation Studios, and worn by actor Tim Burton in the remake of Planet of the Apes, this mask is made out of foam latex (not one of those background regular latex masks) and features an amazing paint job. It remains in pristine condition - there isn't the slightest indication that it's a 16-year old mask. The mask sits on a display bust which is sold with it, the bust was painted black to let the mask shine by itself but it can be removed from the bust if desired. With the piece comes a black display base, featuring a display plaque. The mask will come with a Rick Baker tag explaining a few things about it as well as a photocopy of the propstore COA.
