Turn of the Century Sterling Silver TIFFANY Tea Pot

Turn of the Century Sterling Silver TIFFANY Tea Pot

Nowadays it's sterling heart charms. But back in the day it was teapots. This teapot from the turn of the century, cast in sterling silver by Tiffany & Co., is a beautiful antique for any collector. It features a base with four lion's paw feet, a lion's head with a ring in the mouth on either side, a wooden handle, and ornate decorations etched across the metal. The pot rests on the base, and there is also a separate small canteen with a wick that can be lit (used to keep the tea hot) that fits in the base. Original owner's initials are engraved on the front. Some slight wear and very minor oxidation, but otherwise in solid condition. A lovely and delicate piece of metalwork.
