Ty Cobb Swinging Bat Glass Plate Negative
All original and one of a kind glass plate negative came directly form the camera, developed a few photographs and went into the Brown Brothers Archive just waiting to be discovered. From the 1910's, the fantastic image was captured by a Brown Brothers photographer and features Ty Cobb in full uniform showing off for the camera with bat in hand. Presumably taken before the start of a game, the famous Cobb intensity is on full display. Measures 5x7" and has been thoughtfully hand labeled "Tyrus Cobb" in the upper corner.
