Waite Hoyt Basbeall Hall of Fame Presentational "Plaque"
Waite Hoyt first signed a professional contract with the New York Giants as a 15-year old at Erasmus High School in Brooklyn. But Hoyt played just one game for the Giants before embarking on a 21-year career with seven teams. Hoyt made his name with the Yankees, helping them to win three World Series titles in the 1920s. From Hoyt‚s induction ceremony comes this presentational "Plaque" that was given to him at the event. This facsimile "Plaque" comes directly from Hoyt‚s collection and features Hoyt handwritten notes, a mailing label with his home address and reads, "Belongs to Waite Hoyt" in his hand. The replica is 100 percent original as it was when it was given to Hoyt on his induction day with the exception of the matte and frame that have been replaced in recent years. EX condition.
