Washington Redskins Game Used Helmet Collection
Despite the mascot name controversy, the Redskins are still one of the most storied and respected teams in NFL history, and this trio of official game-worn helmets breaks down as follows: 1) 1985 model with tag inside, and player unknown. 2) 1984 helmet believed to have been worn by Alvin Garrett #89. Purchased in 1996 from Sports Warehouse, a game used equipment establishment which acquired a number of helmets directly from the teams. 3) Side decals date it to 1982. Game used suspension is a single bar with #22 designation.
