Willie Mays 1964 Topps Coin and 1967 Disc Proofs (2)
Offered is a pair of unique Willie Mays Topps issues. The first is a 1 5/8 x 1 13/16" proof for the Willie Mays 1964 Topps Coin. This example is in proof form, it is not a full coin yet. Coin proof has a small crease above the bat, EX. The other is a 2 3/8 x 2 3/8" proof for the Willie Mays 1967 San Francisco Giants disc. This was going to be a test issue done by Topps but it was never issued. This example is in proof form, it is not a full disc yet. Both are scarce Willie Mays issues and are extremely tough to find.
