"Say Hey" from his days at Shea! Those unmistakable LeRoy Nieman brushstrokes capture one of baseball's elite performers at the end of his brilliant career as Willie Mays swings wearing a Mets uniform in this limited edition serigraph. As we've seen in other Nieman works, he gives us a glimpse of the dugout between the batter's legs, while the piece is dominated by sun-splashed yellow hues, juxtaposing Mays' blue and orange Mets uniform colors. Signed by Nieman in the lower right corner and numbered 139/300 in the lower left, both in pencil. Measures 39x44.5" framed and matted.
