Willie Mays Original Paintings by Bob Bentovja (3)
Famed illustrator Bob Bentovja created these three terrific cartoon prints, each featuring Willie Mays and two of them bearing his signature and comments. The third is a montage of six superstar athletes of the '70s, two of whom autographed the work (Pete Rose and Gale Sayers). The smallest print measures 11x14" and Mays signs it "Best Wishes" in dark blue ink. The next largest measures 18x23" and is dedicated to "Steve," with the salutations "Merry Christmas" and "Best Wishes." The montage is the largest, measuring 23x29". All are in NRMT condition.
