Comes from Brown Brothers archive with their stamps on back, and typewritten promo copy affixed reading, "Two years in the making, 'The Wizard of Oz,' MGM's huge-scale Technicolor fantasy-operetta gets its world premier Thursday, August 17th at the Capitol Theatre at popular prices..." while noting that Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney would be making personal appearances on the stage at each performance.
