Impressive boxing artwork collection with the best being a wonderful oil on canvas of Ali vs Frazier painted during the period (early 1970s). Beautiful original frame. By John Bakas (appx 48x40"). A 1979 Gerrie Coetzee Oil on Canvas by Rob MacIntosh with presentation plaque to Coetzee himself. This came from Coetzee's personal collection. Several large pastels on artist paper by Robert Carson, well known boxing artist. Some are nearly life sized and all are beautifully framed and matted: Joe Gans, Dixie Kid, Sam Langford, sneering Muhammad Ali (unframed), Marciano-Charles, and Tex Cobb signed by him.
