Woody Hayes Signed 1968 Ohio State Championship Goal Post
This actual piece of the goal post is mounted to a circular wood base, making a trophy of sorts. The cross-section of the goal post is signed on the top in 5/10 vintage marker by Ohio State legend Coach Woody Hayes. Plaque on base is engraved "O.S.U. Goal Post, 1968 National Champions, Ohio State 50, Michigan 14." In Excellent condition with two small emblematic roses on each side of the metal post. Undefeated, the Buckeyes beat Michigan in the Rose Bowl; thus becoming one of the great Ohio State powerhouses of all-time.
