WWII "Bombing of London" Air Warden Enamel Sign

During World War II, while London underwent constant bombardment from the Germans, the capital's Air Raid Wardens went above and beyond the call of duty, patrolling the streets, administering first aid, boosting morale and risking their lives on a regular basis as unpaid volunteers.
