1880s Ring Bat With Tiger Striped Handle

1880s Ring Bat With Tiger Striped Handle

Back in the days of Cap Anson and Ed Delahanty, bats like these were prevalent along the American landscape. An untouched original as found, the bat features a tiger-striped handle that was factory decorated, as well as a mustard-colored center ring with League Junior surrounding an elaborate star. The barrel remains unpainted and measures 29.5". It is in EX condition with great folk art qualities.
