1896 Boston Base Ball Club Ticket Book
Small (2.25x4") leather bound book is filled with a full season's worth of unused tickets to see the team that was still two decades from the arrival of Babe Ruth. Each page has four tickets held together with untorn perforations. The tickets are numbered one through seventy-eight, with a pair for each game offering admission into the park, and later to the Pavillion for post-game festivities. The first two pages have torn perforations, but are complete. The remaining pages are as new. Leather binding has wear but is solid. Recipient's and team treasurer's names are signed inside front cover. You won't find older season tickets without a long, long search.
