1900 Brooklyn Dodgers on Deacon Jim McGuire Mounted Testimonial Photo - From the Family
<p>1920s photo montage honoring one of baseball's early iron horses. McGuire's career spanned 26 years between playing and managing ending in 1912. His last game as a player was in 1907. <span style="font-size: 13px;">23 x 18.5" and m</span>ounted on heavy board. Montage plays homage to McGuire's teams including fabulous image the 1900 Brooklyn squad that took the pennant. Water damage to the left margin and paper loss around the edges but still a beautiful display piece. This piece has been in the hobby for decades and has been in some fine collections. Originally came from the family of "Deacon".</p>
