1914-15 Federal League Gold Pin
For two short seasons the outlaw Federal league dared to challenge the two-league monopoly held by the A.L. and N.L. This rare relic was originally sold at the Federal League Stadium in support of the hometown St. Louis Terriers. Across the gold stripe is “Federal,” its attached baseball medallion engraved, “Play Ball” across the sweet spot. The lettering shows some signs of oxidization and some tarnishing is present o/w EX. Found in the St. Louis metro area.
