Unusual and rare piece featuring the World Champion Canadiens of 1924. Top part reads, "Le Club Canadien, Champion Du Monde Au Jeu De Hockey Pour 1924." Below it, a drawing of a railroad train with head shots of the players over drawn bodies sitting and standing on the rail cars. From left to right: Odie Cleghorn, Leo Dandurand, Billy Coutu, Sprague Cleghorn, Georges Vezina, Howie Morenz, Bill Boucher, Aurel Joliat, Sylvio Mantha and Johnny Matz. Below that, photos of the team execs. At the bottom, in both French and English, "With the compliments of the Canadien Hockey Club Xmas 1924." Framed piece is 22-1/4” x 14-1/4".
