1925 Kenesaw Mountain Landis Philadelphia Phillies Gold Pass (1.5" diam.)
Circular fourteen-karat gold pass was issued to the Commissioner by the Phillies, and kept in Mint condition to this day by Landis' descendants. Great image on face of charm has Revolutionary War patriot pitching at the center of a rather detailed baseball scene. Baby blue enameled ring around the perimeter has lettering that reads, "Philadelphia National League Base Ball Club." Back is engraved, "National League P.B.B., Golden Jubilee, 1925, Admit Hon. K.M. Landis, #37." Maker's stamp (illegible) is at bottom. Mint.
