1932 Babe Ruth "Called Shot" Ticket

1932 Babe Ruth "Called Shot" Ticket

Colorful and controversial, the story of Babe Ruth calling his shot before homering over the ivy-covered outfield wall at Wrigley Field remains legendary nearly a century later. Ruth blasted two of the Yankees' five round-trippers that day. Here's a very nice example of this desirable ticket stub to Game 3 of the 1932 World Series, during which the Yankees clipped the Cubs, 7-5 en route to a four-game sweep. The ticket is in EX condition technically but looks much better.
