1934 Tour of Japan Kimono

1934 Tour of Japan Kimono

Believed to be the former property of Japan Tourist Rabbit Warsler, this luxurious red, white and black kimono is identical to others belonging to Ruth and Gehrig that have been traded in the collectibles market. "Imperial Hotel" in bold white lettering across the back (and in Japanese on front). This is where the American ballplayers stayed while in Tokyo. Condition is second to none, with absolutely no damage to speak of. A superior relic from one of the most historic chapters in baseball history.
