1935 Negro National League Stars vs. Dodgers Broadside Poster
While American League MVP Hank Greenberg was powering the Detroit Tigers to the 1935 World Series title, some of baseball's best players were toiling in the Negro Leagues. That very same summer produced this Negro National League broadside poster trumpeting the Philadelphia Stars vs. the Newark Dodgers and reads: "Negro National League Presenting Nashville Elite Giants Versus (blank)." Measuring 22x28", the Exhibitors Program Co., Pittsburgh, PA poster has some minor yellowing and a crease under "Elite Giants" that runs from the left side of the poster to right but the overall condition is VG-EX.
