1938-39 Boston Bruins Championship Team Signed Framed Photograph from Eddie Shore's Office (10x16")
This team is considered by many to be hockey's 1927 Yankees. This is a vintage B&W panoramic photograph of the second Bruins Stanley Cup Championship team, boasting the signatures of 12 HOF'ers. Though the twenty signatures vary in strength and contrast, grading an overall 5 out of 10, this photo must be seen to be appreciated. Measures 7x14 and is framed and matted slightly larger. Hung in Eddie Shore's Springfield Arena office for many years. HOF'ers include Weston Adams, Bob Bauer (d. 1964), Bill Cowley, Woody Dumart, Cooney Weiland, Shorty Green (d. 1960), Art Ross (d. 1964), Milt Schmidt, Eddie Shore, Dit Clapper, Frank Brimsek and Roy Conacher. With LOA from the Eddie Shore signed by Eddie Jr.
