1940's Art Ross Tyer Official NHL Game Puck
Maurice "The Rocket" Richard notched his first NHL goal with a puck identical to this one. Vintage black rubber disc with a NRMT "small" octagonal orange logo. Marked "Official Pat. 2226516 Adopted by the National Hockey League, Art Ross Tyer" and "Sole CCM Inc. Dist'r, Buffalo NY USA". These "small octagons" were used throughout the 1940's by the NHL. In excellent condition.
