1940-41 Chet Brewer Mayaquez Indians Contract
He was a 24-year veteran and an integral part of the Kansas City Monarchs' legendary rotation with Satchel Paige and "Bullet" Joe Rogan. Chet Brewer was an international superstar and coached a young Jackie Robinson as manager of the Kansas City Royals of the California Winter League in 1945. He signed this Spanish-language contract, representing one of his various stops across the globe, playing for the Mayaguez Indians in Puerto Rico. A gorgeous signature further elevates the quality of the lot.
