From “The Fair” that introduced television to minds of Americans, is this certificate, presented “to certify that Fred Stegmann attended the instructions at the Academy of Sports, New York World’s Fair…” signed by Babe Ruth and Christy Walsh (Director of Sports at the event) in black fountain pen. Signatures grade overall “8” out of a possible 10. Certificate is marked, “October 16, 1940”, EX-MT. Framed to 16x14”.
