1940s Official National League Miniature Baseball

1940s Official National League Miniature Baseball

When Bob Feller ruled the pitchers' mounds of the 1940s, opposing hitters must have thought this was what he was throwing. This diminutive offering is less than half the size of a regulation baseball, yet still bears the same Spalding stamping (including National League president Ford Frick) as its full-sized counterpart. These balls were made as gifts for special banquets and this particular one rates a stellar EX-MT condition.
