1952 Schmidt, Bauer & Dumart Night Signed Art Ross Game Puck & Program
Fans attending the Bruins vs. Hawks game at Boston Garden on the night of March 18, 1952 were thrilled to witness the return of Bobby Bauer to the Kraut Line along with Milt Schmidt and Woody Dumart. Bob came out of retirement to take part in the celebrations on Schmidt Bauer Night. This vintage Art Ross Tyer game puck from the match was signed at the time by the three along a trip of cloth tape. Additional notations read “Schmidt Dumart Night, March 18, 1952” along with the game score. Also included is a vintage photo of the three and a game program from the historic occasion with a commemorative insert.
